The same intake, email, and reporting steps still needed a person every time. That is not a staffing problem first — it is a missing process with no system of record.
We built a business process automation platform: custom workflows, automated sync, error logging, and reports. OpenAI handles the steps that need language; Node.js and PostgreSQL hold the workflow and the audit trail.
